Navari Family Center for Digital Scholarship (NFCDS) is accepting applications for the 2022-2023 cohort of Pedagogy Fellows

The NFCDS Pedagogy Fellowship is an opportunity for Notre Dame PhD students to build their teaching expertise, gain instructional experience, and engage in a community of practice. In addition to devising and delivering digital scholarship learning opportunities (including, but not limited to, geographic information systems, data analysis/visualization, data storytelling, natural language processing, and discipline-specific computational tools), fellows will gain experience in evidence-based and innovative instructional methods, collaborative teamwork, and communicating their research and scholarly interests outside of their discipline. Check out the brochure that highlights the activities and accomplishments of the 2021-2022 cohort.

Applicants should have some familiarity with computational, data science, digital scholarship, or other tech-enabled approaches they are interested in teaching.

Fellows will receive a stipend of $5,000 for approximately 5 hours per week of work over the course of an academic year.

The NFCDS will be hosting a virtual Q&A information session for prospective applicants on Tuesday April 19th, 7:30-8pm EST (register to join the session). The NFCDS staff welcome you to join them and ask any questions you may have. Please note that attendance is not required to apply or be considered.

Learn more about the program and apply at https://cds.library.nd.edu/nfcds-pedagogy-fellowship/.

Please email the NFCDS Pedagogy Fellowship Team at nfcds-pedagogy-...@nd.edu with any questions.
