Dear all,

I’m looking for a postdoc for my 3-year project on Smart Manufacturing, sponsored by National Research Foundation of Singapore. The candidate should have a strong background in discrete event system theory, including modelling, simulation and supervisory control, demonstrated in high quality publications. Past experience in relevant projects will be a plus. The first contract is 1 year and can be renewed up to 3 years. Interested persons may contact me at r...@ntu.edu.sg for more details and send me your detailed CV with a complete publication list (please highlight those relevant top tier journal publications). Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview. The salary is competitive, depending on the qualification, which includes a base salary and an annual performance bonus.

Singapore is a beautiful and safe city state with nice weather all year around, and NTU is ranked high recently, according to several world-wide university rankings such as QS (11 in 2018, and 12 in 2019) and Times Higher Education (52 in 2018). School of EEE at NTU is one of the largest electrical and electronic engineering school in the world with $90 million annual research funding.

Cheers,

Rong
