Dear Community,

Join us next week for our mid-month roundtable!

The USGS Climate Adaptation Postdoctoral Fellows (CAP) will be presenting on the year-long synthesis research:

"Future of Aquatic Flows: Synthesizing Linkages between Climate Change, Low-Flows, Water Quality, and Instream Flow Management Response across the United States"

The CAP Fellowship is a USGS program that brings together postdoctoral scholars from around the country to conduct independent and collaborative applied research on climate change impacts on fish, wildlife, and ecosystems.

The 2022-2024 CAP Fellows cohort focused on how climate change is altering aquatic flows in streams and rivers across the country and how climate can be integrated into aquatic ecosystem management.

Find more information about the talk in the attached flyer. The talk will be followed by a happy hour at the NCEAS terrace.

When: Thursday, August 15, 2024, 3:30 pm

Where: NCEAS (1021 Anacapa Street), 3rd-floor lounge
