The National Great Rivers Research and Education Center (NGRREC) is seeking to fill 3 Land Conservation Specialist (LCS) positions to actively provide agricultural conservation assistance to USDA-NRCS in a multi-county region regarding the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) and Wetland Easement Reserve (WRE) program monitoring. Please share with pertinent candidates and channels. We are looking to fill a Land Conservation Specialist (LCS) position out of Martinsville, IL. Let me know if you have any questions. LCSs provide technical assistance to the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and private landowners on the popular Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). They also conduct annual wetland monitoring on federal Wetland Reserve Easements.
