Bend High School proudly opens the 2025-2026 season with the production of the
Legend of Sleepy Hollow by Peter and Hans Blodel, adapted from Washington
Irving's 1820 tale of the headless horseman who terrorized a real-life village
of Sleepy Hollow. This story is considered one of America's first ghost
stories. Quirky and superstitious antics
of schoolmaster Ichabod Crane, who is haunted by the dreaded Headless Horseman.
Opening with a special show Thursday October 30th
and running the following two weekends.
