Dear Colleagues,
Over the past few years, together with a large group of Researchers, I have been working on the development of a database containing rainfall data time-resolutions (“ta”) at the global scale (see attached paper and database).
I’m writing this message because you may potentially be interested in a further initiative. Specifically, you might be interested in one or both of the following options:
(1) You could enlarge the global database contained in the attached “.xlsx” file with metadata of the stations located in your geographic area (keep in mind that the database doesn’t contain rainfall data, but only the “ta” history of the rain gauges… one line for each station).
(2) In addition to point (1), on the same line of the attached paper, you could prepare a short paragraph on your study area (Region, Country, …), useful for a potential new paper.
