We’re excited to announce that, for the first time, Physalia-courses will run a course at the University of Barcelona!

Join us for our popular course: Machine Learning for Multi-Omics Integration

Dates: 15–17 December - 9.30 -16.30
Where: Dept. of Evolutionary Biology, Faculty of Biology, University of Barcelona

This 3-day course combines lectures and hands-on sessions, focusing on
machine learning and deep learning approaches for integrating multi-omics
and single-cell datasets.

Topics include:

- Supervised & unsupervised ML methods
- Feature selection, dimensionality reduction, and batch correction
- Tools like mixOmics, MOFA, Seurat, and deep learning autoencoders
