What can you look forward to at the Junior Faculty Conference 2025?  

• Hear the Dean’s perspective on the Junior Faculty initiative and broader topics concerning life at the faculty.   
• Present your research or discover the breadth of work being done by your peers in a series of engaging flash talks.  
• Join panel discussions on academic culture and institutional development, featuring guests such as Ramesh Vetukuri (Chair of the National Junior Faculty of Sweden) and Frank Bradke (author of Key attributes of successful research institutes).  
• Learn about Czexpats in Science—a vibrant community connecting Czech scientists working abroad and at home.  
• Network, connect, and enjoy an informal atmosphere over coffee, cake, and conversations with fellow researchers.
