Dear colleagues,

I have an open PhD position in ecological immunology/infection biology. The aim of the project is to investigate the causes of variation in immune function between and within species. The project will involve ex vivo infection experiments with primary cell cultures from wild rodents, followed by RNA-sequencing to measure immune responses. The position is suitable for candidates with a background and interest in molecular ecology, immunology, and/or bioinformatics. Deadline: 24 November.
