Dear all,

I am writing because I have a problem with my university email account
dion...@natur.cuni.cz.
The problem is that only recently someone told me that I had this account automatically created at the time of my registration as a PhD student at Charles University one year ago.

Of course I am happy that I do not have to ask to create such an official account, but at the same time I have the problem that I cannot access this account.

I tried with the CAS password but it does not recognize the password.

Is there another password used for access the cuni.cz account?

And if yes, how can I get it?

In other words, how can I get my lost password?

Who can confirm that the aforementioned email is really existing and correct?

Who can solve these problem quickly?
