Invitation - Bioimage Analysis Fundamentals Course

We are excited to announce that the Viničná Microscopy Core Facility is organizing a Bioimage Analysis Fundamentals Course from April 14-18, 2025, at the Faculty of Science, Charles University.
This hands-on course covers essential microscopy and bioimage analysis techniques, including:
🔹 Microscopy basics & ethical image processing
🔹 FIJI/ImageJ – Image preprocessing, segmentation, colocalization
🔹 ZEISS Arivis Pro – 3D segmentation, object detection, tracking
🔹 Python – Data analysis and visualization
The course offers microcredentials (available for a fee).

A second session will be held on June 23-27, 2025, and while the official announcement is coming soon, early registration is already open for those interested.
