We are excited to announce that the Viničná Microscopy Core Facility is organizing a Bioimage Analysis Fundamentals Course from June 23-27, 2025, at the Faculty of Science, Charles University.
This hands-on course covers essential microscopy and bioimage analysis techniques, including:
🔹 Microscopy basics & ethical image processing
🔹 FIJI/ImageJ – Image preprocessing, segmentation, colocalization
🔹 ZEISS Arivis Pro – 3D segmentation, object detection, tracking
🔹 Python – Data analysis and visualization
The course offers EU-recognized microcredentials.
Whether you're just starting out with bioimage analysis and want to learn how to design and run your own workflows, or you already have some experience and wish to revisit the fundamentals or explore new software tools, this course is designed for you!
