Call for art submissions: PhreakNIC 19 logo

Hi all,

Anyone that's feeling artistically inclined, we're currently accepting submissions for artwork for the PhreakNIC 19 logo, for website & t-shirts.  The theme for this year's convention, which will most likely take place in late October / early November, will be "Signal in the Noise". 

There's even a small budget for this (around $100).
