Death Announcement: Rev Theophilus Kikoso

Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Death has robbed us of a giant of a man. After a long illness, my cousin brother, Rev Theophilus Kikoso, who was like a father and uncle to many of us, has gone to be with the Lord. Burial is on Saturday, October 1, 2022.
The Bible tells us in Rev 21:4
“…He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”
I have been in shock and unable to write and accept that my brother is gone. Edward Wanda called me this evening and shook me out of my shock and reminded me of my sisterly duties to inform you and rally our clan.
Contributions to the funeral can be sent via CashApp to $AngelaWakhweya which will be delivered to the family from NAMCA on Saturday for any and all who knew him, and who feel led to contribute.
Through my non-profit, Global Public Health Linkages, www.globalpublichealthlinkages.org, we will work with his family, his church and our Board of Directors to establish a fund to meet the needs of the vulnerable elderly, widows and orphans, especially those impacted by HIV through his ministry and his church. We will update you about this going forward.
Please join me in praying for this beloved, jolly man, whom I had the pleasure of hosting, along with my husband, Rev Dr Casely Essamuah and his family in Ghana. He escorted my mother, as is our cultural practice, to meet my in-laws in Ghana. What a joyous occasion that was. He loved the ocean. May he be carried by gentle waves into the bosom of our Heavenly Father.
May His Mighty Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.

Very sorry for the loss of a dearly loved cousin and a friend to the Namca family. I recall the good times Namca hosted leaders from home in 2007 convention that I hosted in New York. Reverend Kikoso, among other church leaders namely Bishop Mudonyi, Gidudu and Wabulakha did bless the convention by their participation. It was a very enriching engagement. I was to discover the close relationship he had with my father until our dis appearance into exile under Amin. A good and eloquent preacher, We will miss him and may his soul rest in peace.

On behalf of the Members of NAMCA, I join you in celebrating the life of Rev. Theophilus Kikoso
I would like to let you know that we are with you and want to offer you our warmest condolences for the loss. Stories abound about late Rev. Theophilus’ love for the people he served, that he was a well respected person in the community and will be dearly missed by every one who knew him. He was well loved by all. His kind heart and welcoming manner was an inspiration to all.
While we can never take away the sadness of this loss please know that he is now resting in peace with God's love surrounding him and us.
Rev. Theophilus will be missed but never forgotten.
May his soul rest in eternal peace,
