Seconding Nominations

Howdy NAIGC,

I'd like to second additional board nominations. Ilana, Karen, and Ashley are all three great critical thinkers for NAIGC policies, longtime board members, and have demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the NAIGC mission. They are ideal candidates for promoting great governance in the NAIGC. 

Ilana Shushansky: Ilana has been a longtime board member, previous NAIGC President, and Nationals Coordinator. She has a professional background in non-profit organization management and brings this essential skillset to policy discussions. I greatly value her ability to promote professionalism and critical debate and believe she is an amazing asset to the NAIGC.

Karen Heilman: Karen has been a member of the NAIGC Board since its founding. Her critical eye for detail in policies and contracts in an invaluable asset. She has been a great board member in the past and a strong mentor for future leadership. 

Ashley Ross: Ashley has most recently served as the NAIGC Policy committee chair and was instrumental in organizing the board restructuring, which in my opinion has been the most ambitious and comprehensive institutional change to the NAIGC since 2006. Ashley makes her decisions with a great degree of integrity and fairness and would serve as a great Board member.
