Mid-Atlantic Regional Representative Nomination: Lucinda Eisenstein

I would like to nominate Lucinda Eisenstein for Mid-Atlantic Regional Representative. She has been a dedicated member of University of Delaware's team for the last four years both on and off the exec board. She has endless energy for her team, the sport, and NAIGC, and has gone above and beyond expectations to create a cohesive and welcoming community. She also prioritizes communication, within the exec board and between exec and the team, to make sure everyone's voice is heard regardless of the situation. I can guarantee there is no one who would take on this job with more enthusiasm and care.

She also has extensive experience with representing and advocating for gymnastics teams, especially those who are smaller or don't have much funding. Her competitive team from middle school/high school was at one point disbanded by the YMCA, but she refused to let go of the team and helped lead an effort to fight the decision. The team was ultimately saved and moved to a new facility. This experience gave Lucinda a new perspective on gymnastics and a set of skills that make her uniquely qualified to serve as a representative and advocate for all teams within her region.
