Subject: Join the CAGDU Wag-A-Thon May 1-31
Join the California Association of Guide Dog Users as we challenge you all to a fun filled month of walking or running during the month of May. See how many steps you can
get in for a chance to be one of the top three winners! The winners will be those with the three highest number of steps during the month of May. Grab your walking or running shoes and get stepping!
Cost: $25.00 registration fee
Prizes: There will be three lucky winners! The lucky winners may choose their prize from one of the following electronic gift cards.

How to participate: First fill out the form below then submit it. When you submit the form you will be taken to a payment page. On this page you will
pay for your registration fee with either PayPal or a Credit/Debit Card. Second, track your steps with your tracking app or device of your choice. Third,
send an email to Tiffany Manosh,
by June 1st before 11:59 pm with your name and total step count . Fourth, the California Association of Guide Dog Users will announce the three winners via email.
Note: If you would prefer paying with Zelle you can use Zelle to pay for your registration fee. First, fill out the form and hit Submit. Second, you
will be directed to the paypal page to pay with credit/debit. Close this window and go to your bank's website. Third, Log into your account and launch
Zelle. Fourth send $25.00 to
which will show California Association of Guide Dog Users as the recipient. Fifth, in the Memo you must write May 2026 CAGDU Wag a Thon and send it. Once your payment has been received by CAGDU you will receive a confirmation email from Tiffany Manosh.
