4 Uber drive-by denials on 1 trip

I got 4 Uber drive-by denials on 1 trip to Home Depot today. Each driver arrived, saw my guide dog, and drove off. I think that’s a record for me. I think it’s more denials than I’ve gotten in at least a year.

I got a notification on the app after the 2^nd one, but it was hard to deal with it while Uber was also notifying me of my next driver. I got emails about all 4 refusals, so I replied to each of them when I got back home.

It was very annoying, but it was much easier to report the denials than it was before the self-ID.

I’ve reported the incident to Uber-f...@nagdu.org, as well as to Uber.

I wonder if they’ve done something stupid with their training, to get so many in such a short time.
