Hello,

I’d be very interested in trying to restart work on TheyWorkForYou for the Welsh Assembly.

Is anyone still subscribed to this mailing list, and is anyone in a position to outline what tasks are required? What’s the minimal work needed for a viable TWFY for the Welsh Assembly?

(Looking very quickly over some of the previous threads, and the Scottish effort, it seems that a list of the AMs in the appropriate format with appropriate detail would be a starting point.)

Regards,
Adam Watkins

For one thing, the National Assembly for Wales now publishes Y Cofnod in
XML which should make things much easier than they were when this list
began.

That, we have. It's a quick run through easyopendata.com away from
the right xml format.

What the spreadsheet currently lacks[1] is references to TWFY
member/person IDs for those people who already have one via membership
of other parliaments, and a decision on what member/person IDs to use
for the rest of them to avoid conflicts. That and any changes since
the first sitting day of the current Assembly; it ends with Eluned
Parrott's appointment.
