I've just filled in your survey on how and why I use the app. I had expected to see a question asking whether the person being surveyed had any community roles. As a local councillor and a member of various local organisations, I use the FixMyStreet app to report issues but I also signed up to alerts so that if something is reported in my ward I can check on it and chase it up. I know the manager of a local charity and the chair of a residents group uses the app in the same way...I would have thought this would be important and helpful information for you to have. Just thought I'd raise it.
