Hi everyone,
I'm sure many of you have been wondering who will take Tom Steinberg's place, since the announcement that he would be standing down as mySociety's Director.
Today, we've announced Tom's successor, Mark Cridge. You can read Mark's introductory post here and I hope you will all give him a warm welcome.
Tom has, of course, left some very big shoes to fill, after more than a decade with mySociety. We looked far and wide for the right person (thanks very much to the trustees, who oversaw the whole rigorous recruitment period) and we're confident he's been found! :) We're all very much looking forward to the new insights and expertise Mark will bring to mySociety's mission.

Many thanks Myf and hello everyone
I'm very much looking forward to getting started properly in the next few weeks and I hope to catch, meet, discuss, collaborate and work with may of you in the months and years to come.
mySociety is so much bigger than just the core staff team and I have much to learn about our shared history and how we can build on the achievements of the past few years.
In the meantime if there is anything I can help with or you just want to say hello then please do.
