How to Upload the results of an FOI to Whatdotheyknow ?

I hope I have the correct group for the question.

I've done a number of FOIs over the years, and have always found the resource of all the previous ones very useful.

My Local Highways Authority, Notts County Council, have taken to using an outside uploading service, from where the information vanishes after 30 days.

My most recent request is the definitive information relating to urban Public Footpaths, as part of a project to get anti-wheelchair barriers removed therefrom (which are "unlawful obstructions").

Is there any practical way I can attach the information provided (24Mb zip file of docs in this case) to my original request?
