Data extract functionality

I regularly use FMS to report issues to my local council in London UK.  I'd like to be able to extract data for a locality (e.g. within 50m of a road junction) in spreadsheet form.  The motivation for this is to help to build a case for targeted monitoring by the council.

Is this functionality already in FMS? Is it available to council employees?

Perhaps you can use the Open311 API endpoint,
