The codebase is generic and used around the world, so no, it does not include any body or contact information. That's what you would add to an installation using the admin interface, depending on what bodies you wanted and where you wanted to send reports. Hope that's helpful.

i was able to set the instance on a digitalocean droplet. I had one question regarding the email id's of the Kent City Council (UK) . Do i need to figure them out manually and store as bodies or i can get it from codebase or any other location?
