I hope you're well. Our team of software developers is currently evaluating your platform for our final year project. We're impressed by its capabilities and are considering adapting it for use in Lebanon. However, we're curious about your strategies for addressing issues like misinformation or the submission of unfounded complaints, such as reports of potholes that don't actually exist.
