Dear all,
We are evaluating the implementation of a customized version of FixMyStreet to support Veni, Vidi e Vinci, a youth-led movement in Rome focused on revitalizing and cleaning up the city. Our goal is to build a mobile-first civic engagement tool that empowers young residents to report urban issues (e.g., trash, graffiti, abandoned scooters), track progress, and get involved in neighborhood clean-ups.
We’d love to connect with someone from the FixMyStreet core team—or anyone who has implemented a serious customized deployment of the platform. We’re hoping to:
Get input on whether FixMyStreet can support the technical needs of our project.
Explore finding a developer—ideally someone already experienced with FMS customizations—who may be able to work with us at a youth nonprofit–friendly rate.
We know reaching the right person may take some digging, so we’re grateful for any intros or suggestions (especially for who to reach out to directly through the main FixMyStreet site or GitHub).
Thank you so much for your time and help—we’re excited to learn from others in this incredible community.
Warm regards,
Lloyd Nimetz
