Retain EXIF Image data

Hi Folks,

I have been trying to retain the EXIF information for the uploaded image, by commenting the line below which strips the EXIF information.

$self->image->Strip();

This does not seem to work. the EXIF information in the image is lost, once the upload is complete.

Can someone guide me on how to retain the EXIF information for the uploaded images?
