Launch FixMyStreet in Uganda

Greetings all,

I'm in Uganda, and a few years ago, mysociety.org and some organizations started a civic platform called Fix My Community. (I found out about this after research.)

I want to start the same platform, Fix My Community, because I had that idea before I learned that such an initiative was launched and its nologer supported for 4 years now.(start in Uganda and expand to other communities in Africa)

I secured the domain fixmycommunity.com. I need guidance through the step-by-step process of installations and configurations. or ( someone to install and configure from start to end )
 
I also request email contacts for the authorities and local governments.

I also request map data because I want to start with a few cities and expand.

Any help is welcome. and not a tech guy.

Thanks for your interest. The documentation for FixMyStreet is all available at https://fixmystreet.org/ . For you at this point, on https://fixmystreet.org/overview/ under "Could your location use a FixMyStreet site?" there's a downloadable PDF all about what's needed to set up and run FixMyStreet, which is hopefully helpful to you. I would say that you will probably need technical assistance; this list can help with questions about the software itself, but we can't help with email contacts or things like that, which you will have to investigate yourself.
