*Community & Relationships Intern (Part-Time, Paid)*

Location: Washington DC / DMV area (Hybrid)

Duration: 3 months

Compensation: $2,000/month

Hours: 10–20 hours/week

We are looking for a Community & Relationships Intern to help support the growth of a curated national network of founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.

This role is ideal for someone interested in startups, venture capital, and entrepreneurship ecosystems who wants hands-on experience helping map and build meaningful relationships across a growing founder network.

What you’ll do

- Research and profile founders, investors, and ecosystem partners

- Maintain member records and relationship data across the network

- Identify potential connections between founders and investors based on stage, sector, and capital needs

- Join founder and investor discovery calls to capture insights and ecosystem trends

- Track relationship touchpoints and follow-ups across the network

- Surface high-value connection opportunities for leadership

Ideal candidate

- Based in the DC / DMV area

- Strong interest in startups, venture ecosystems, or community-building

- Organized, detail-oriented, and curious

- Comfortable doing research and synthesizing insights

- Experience with Notion, Airtable, or CRM tools is a plus but not required
