G4beamline library alias queston

Hello,

I notice that if one chooses the physics list QGSP_BIC_AllHP (said to model DT fusion better than QGSP_BERT_HP), the GUI crashes after displaying:

===> Please setenv G4PARTICLEHPDATA (recommended) or, at least setenv G4PROTONHPDATA to point to the proton cross-section files.

If I define G4PARTICLEHPDATA, I can successfully run the g4bl command for my deck from a terminal app, but not from the GUI.

How could one set this up so that the GUI can do it too?
