“1- you must download G4TENDL1.3.2 data set. See Geant4 home page -> Download -> data files
2- set the env variable G4PARTICLEHPDATA to point to it.
for example, in your geant4.csh, a line something like :
G4eamline’s download tool already has the file, so all I need to do is set the environmental variable to point to it. Poking around I do not see where all these other variables are set:
G4ABLADATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/G4ABLA3.1
G4LEDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/G4EMLOW8.0
G4ENSDFSTATEDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/G4ENSDFSTATE2.3
G4INCLDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/G4INCL1.0
G4NEUTRONHPDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/G4NDL4.6
G4PARTICLEXSDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/G4PARTICLEXS4.0
G4PIIDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/G4PII1.3
G4LEVELGAMMADATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/PhotonEvaporation5.7
G4RADIOACTIVEDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/RadioactiveDecay5.6
G4REALSURFACEDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/RealSurface2.2
G4SAIDXSDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/G4SAIDDATA2.0
G4TENDLDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/G4TENDL1.4
G4LENDDATA=/Users/phillips/Geant4Data/LEND_GND1.3_ENDF.BVII.1
Where should I add a command for G4PARTICLEHPDATA? I assume this is something that should also be fixed in the release for the next person who wants to use QGSP_BIC_AllHP.
Thanks,
Tom
