Winter Carnival Banner Sign Up

Hello Everyone! 

Winter Carnival is three months away! Sign Ups for Banner Painting for Winter Carnival 2024 opens today and closes on Wednesday, November 15th at 5pm. Participants will receive a banner to paint that correlates with this year's Winter Carnival theme, "From Forest to Shores We Love the Outdoors".  Banners will be distributed to those who sign up to participate. Please note that your organization must supply the painting supplies for your banner. More complete rules can be found in the Winter Carnival 2024 Rulebook.
