I hope the semester is treating you well and that you had a great Fall Break. Winter Carnival is quickly approaching and planning is underway. The 2024 Winter Carnival Rulebook is up to date and published on the Winter Carnival website. It is also attached at the bottom of this email.  As a reminder, Stage Revue and Royalty applications are open and will remain open until early November.
