We apologize for the delay in sending out this form. This email is being sent to let you know that banner painting applications are now open for Winter Carnival 2026. To compensate, the dates have been changed to give you more time. The changed dates are listed below.

Registration closes: Monday November 17th at 5 pm.
Banner Pick-Up date 1: Monday November 17th during Blue Key office hours
Banner Pick-Up date 2: Tuesday November 18th during office hours, by 5pm
Banner Drop-Off: Monday, December 8th at 3pm
Banners can be dropped off before the deadline, but must be dropped off by Monday December 8th at 3:00pm.
