IMPORTANT: Month Long Water Keys and Snow Delivery/Utility Requests

Hello Everyone,

I hope that statue building has been going as smoothly as possible for everyone. I just have a few updates regarding the questions we have been getting in our inbox.

Water Keys:

I just got confirmation a few minutes ago that we do have access to the Blue Key office, however, Student Leadership and Involvement does not want us in the office until January 18th, when we are at a safety level 3. With that said, I will be sitting in the office on Monday, January 18th from about 3-6pm to give out water keys to any org that needs one. As always, there is a refundable $5 deposit needed for a water key and it needs to be returned after carnival. 

If this time doesn't work for you or if you need one before the 18th, please let me know and I can arrange for someone to drop off a water key to you over the weekend. Just email bkst...@mtu.edu and let me know!.

You can also follow the directions attached to request a water key from facilities in the meantime. 

Requesting Snow Delivery and Utilities:

If anyone needs to request a snow delivery or any other utilities during building time, please follow the attached step by step walkthrough of how to put in that special work order. If you have any questions regarding this, contact Facilities Management. 

If you are in need of any pigtails or lights and did not receive them at scaffolding dispersal, please shoot us an email so we can get those to you as soon as possible!

We are starting to go through our mail and taking records of who sent in deposits and fees. We will be sending out emails to everyone to confirm that we have either received payment or if we are missing payment. Just keep an eye out for those.
