I've never printed mixed material filaments, but I would guess standard PLA settings for your printer would be a good starting point. The packaging says the extrusion temp should be 190-225*C, which matches that of PLA.
On my Athena II, I print 0.2mm layer height, 35-70 mm/s, 210*C for high quality prints.
