October 8 Poetry Workshop with Travel Grant Recipient

There will be a Poetry Workshop with Lynn Domina who is a Friends of the Michigan Tech Library (FMTL) Travel Grant Recipient.

At the Portage Lake District Library (PLDL) in Houghton, Michigan.

"The Portage Lake District Library welcomes Lynn Domina, professor of English at Northern Michigan University and acclaimed poet, for a hands-on poetry workshop. Participants will take part in guided writing exercises, explore new approaches to poetry, and share their work in a supportive environment."

The PLDL was excited to partner with us due to other poetry related programs they’ve had in late summer and early fall. We hope to draw a good mix of campus and community folks.
