In collaboration with MTU faculty, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources will host a beginner hunter workshop for MTU students Monday evening March 18 at the Marsin Nature Center (a Keweenaw Land Trust property). Transportation in vans will be provided from the MUB on campus departing promptly at 4:30 and returning about 9:30pm. The workshop is free and open to all MTU students. It includes dinner (wild game). Please register at the link above by March 15 at the latest, or sooner to guarantee your spot. Registration will be limited to the first 30 respondents. Please invite your friends! Everyone is welcome. We anticipate having a diverse group.
