End of Semester Updates

Dear All,

We have made it to the conclusion of another semester.  I hope everyone had a successful semester and is enjoying some much needed time off.

Here are a couple important dates and times to keep in mind for Winter Carnival 2017 as we transition into next semester.

1. Month Long Snow Statue Construction may begin on January 9th at 12:01 a.m. This is the first Monday of the Spring 2017 semester.

2. The final Snow Statue Equipment Dispersal will be on January 8th.

3. There will be a Mandatory Vending Safety Meeting for all food vendors on    January 12th in FIsher 138 at 4:00 pm.  

4.Vending Applications are available online and due January 23rd by 5:00 pm.

Please view the Winter Carnival 2017 Rule Book for other important dates and times.  The Rule Book can be found at mtu.edu/carnival under the "Participate" tab if you do not have a copy.  I will be sending weekly updates on crucial dates, times, and events in the spring semester leading up to Winter Carnival.
