Resolution (or Update) Description: The switchover of iLab to Site B is now completed. Services are now back online. Services will be reverted back to Site A once the initial issue is resolved.


Description:  Users are experiencing intermittent access issues. They are getting the error message 'The desktop sources for this desktop are not responding. Please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator' when attempting to connect to iLab Windows.
