Description: ONEHELP - Staff and Students are unable to access OneHelp. 'The requested application was not found on this server" 

Vendor has advised they've had to implement an emergency change and looking to get services returned ASAP

Resolution: The vendor had critical issues with their database servers which they had to implement an emergency change to bring Onehelp back online,
