Description: Users are experiencing intermittent access issues. They are getting the error message 'The desktop sources for this desktop are not responding. Please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator' when attempting to connect to iLab Windows.
Action: The IT Operations team are going to switch over to the backup system (Site B) to bring the services back online. The users currently using Site A will not be disconnected and can continue to work without disruption. IT Operations has escalated to our 3rd party vendor to investigate the issue.
