There is a scheduled network and system maintenance window on Sunday 18 October 2015 from 6am to 3pm.

Maintenance is being undertaken to carry out essential firewall maintenance to improve network reliability, security, functionality and increase website storage capacity. As a result the following services are impacted:

On and off campus access to most university systems and websites disrupted by intermittent outages between 6am to 3pm. Systems affected include (but are not limited to):


Access to the following systems/services unaffected during this time:
  • BoardPad
  • iLearn (Echo 360)
  • iShare
  • iTeach
  • Gmail
  • OneHelp

Please note: Significant core infrastructure work will continue during the 8 November maintenance window. Most systems and services will be impacted.

  

Stay informed:

  • Check the IT calendar for dates and times of planned Information Technology downtime windows for 2015.

Please note: In order to prepare for October's maintenance window there is a change freeze on all Change Requests from COB 14 October 2015 to COB 20 October 2015. No CRs will be implemented between these dates.
