🟢 Job Vacancy – Section Head: Program, Project & Agile Management

About Employer: A leading digital transformation firm (Multinational)

Position: Section Head – Program, Project & Agile Management

Employment Term: Permanent

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years in program/project management, including at least 5 years in leadership roles

Location: KL, Malaysia

Package: RM19,000+/month (negotiable)


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Lead multi-stream technology programs across infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, blockchain, and enterprise cloud.
  2. Financial & P&L Accountability: Full ownership of program budgets, cost controls, and profit & loss reporting.
  3. Project & Agile Delivery: Apply Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies using tools like Jira and MS Project. Oversee the full lifecycle from RFI/RFP to delivery.
  4. Governance & Compliance: Enhance governance over risk, compliance, and change—particularly for cloud/data security.
  5. Team Management: Mentor and lead a matrix team of PMs, Scrum Masters, and delivery leads.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with C-level leaders and external partners to align outcomes with strategic goals.


🔹 Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP) preferred

• Proven track record in cloud transformation and large-scale digital program execution
