Proposal: Adoption of Module planet.mozilla.org by Manuel Bucher

Hi,

I'd like to step up as module owner of "Activities/Governance :: planet.mozilla.org". Planet is currently has no owner and no active/reachable peer. Both are no longer with Mozilla.

I've read the Module Ownership and the planet policies and believe I can accommodate both. I'm planning to continue planet in the past spirit, will look at reducing the bus factor and do necessary maintenance on it.

This proposal is a result from the discussion in Bug 1925243.
