Firefox TLMC Updates

Hi Folks,

As a refresher, the Firefox Technical Leadership Module (FTLM) is the top-level governing body for Firefox, and is managed by the Technical Leadership Module Committee (TLMC) [1].

As chair, I have three brief updates to announce.

First, Ben Bangert has left Mozilla and is stepping down from the TLMC. I'd like to thank Ben for his service on the TLMC and to Firefox more broadly.

Second, Jason Thomas will be joining the TLMC. Jason brings a wealth of expertise around Firefox cloud services which is needed on the TLMC in the wake of Ben's departure.

Finally, the original charter of the TLMC included two-year term limits for non-ex-officio members. In practice we have not kept up with this, and it doesn't feel necessary given that we have some natural turnover already and that issues rarely escalate to the TLMC. As such, I am removing this requirement from the charter.
