Hi everyone,

I want to propose Tim Huang as the new owner for the Firefox::Private Browsing module. Tim has worked on privacy features in Firefox for several years and is well-qualified to make good technical decisions and defend our users' interests.

Barring objections, I will make this change on Monday.
