Updates to the Session Restore module

Hi all,

I've made the following changes to the Session Restore module:

First, ownership will be moving back to the Desktop org, with Dão Gottwald and Dale Harvey as co-owners. Dão will own the Bugzilla component.

Andreas Farre will remain a peer, and will be joined by Anny Gakhokidze. Both played huge roles in getting Session Restore working with Fission.
