Windows sandboxing change - new peer

Hi all,

I am pleased to announce that Yannis Juglaret has agreed to become a peer of the Windows Sandboxing module (Core: Sandboxing (Windows)).

Yannis has been contributing to and reviewing changes for our Windows sandbox policies and the chromium sandbox code for some time. This includes low-level analyses to diagnose and work around incompatibilities with Microsoft and other third party code.
