Splitting the Search and Address Bar module and adding new peer.

I'm proposing splitting up the current Search and Address Bar module into two. The current module covers two separate components, but not everyone from the team works on both sides. Therefore we'd like to split the modules to better reflect the actual working.

We'd also like to add Daisuke Akatsuka as an additional peer of the new Address Bar module.

The new modules will be:
